WINEMAKING
Pressing of the grapes in good conditions - alcoholic fermentation at 16°C / 60°C - Partial malolactic conversion and 6 months of ageing on the lee vats.
TASTING NOTE
Brilliant golden color. Complex, fine and elegant nose with white flower aromas combined with a hint of grapefruit (lemon). Lively and mineral on the palate with a refreshing finish.
PAIRING
Aperitif, seafood, grilled fish, goat cheese. Best served between 8°C and 10 °C / 46°F and 50°F.
