WINEMAKING

Picking berry by berry as only the rotten (noble rot) ones are taken– Pressing of the berries – alcoholic fermentation (one part in vats, one part in barrels).

 

VITICULTURE

Low yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference in the natural ripening of the grapes.

 

TASTING NOTE

Golden beautiful colour. Rich, flavourful with delicate notes of honey combined with passion fruit and apricot aromas. Well balanced , with a good texture on the palate, fruit driven and a long aftertaste.

 

PAIRING

Melon, roasted chicken, blue cheese, desserts, as an aperitif – Best between 8°C and 10°C.
