WINEMAKING

Pressing of the grapes and overnight settling – controlled alcoholic fermentation in order to preserve residual sugar.

TASTING NOTE

Brilliant clear yellow. Fruit driven with lovely aromas of white fruits (peach, pineapple, carambola), as well as delicate flinty notes. Good balance between fruit and flinty. A nice and refreshing finish.

PAIRING

So versatile it pairs well with everything from cheese to appetizers, salads, fish, barbecue or even spicy world food such as curry dishes. Best served between 46°F and 50°F.
