WINEMAKING

The wine is vinified with the traditional Burgundian process. 80 % of the Cuvée is aged in vats and 20 % in oak barrels during 12 to 18 months, in our cellars.

 

TASTING NOTE

Deep and brilliant red garnet. Characteristic Pinot Noir aromas of red fruits, black currant, raspberry and cherry. Fresh and well-structured wine with the grape variety perfectly expressed delicate tannins culminating in a long and fruity aftertaste.

 

PAIRING

Ideal with game, red meats such as duck breast with figs and cheeses. Serving temperature around 14°C to 16°C. Ageing potential of 2 to 3 years.
