WINEMAKING

Made from a majority of Pinot Noir grapes for structure and fruitiness, our Crémant is made according to the traditional method. The basic wines are bottled in January of the year following the harvest and aged on lees for 12 to 15 months. This longer aging on lees is a qualitative factor bringing a more pronounced maturity.

TASTING NOTE

Nice pale pink color. The foam is abundant with fine and regular bubbles. Fresh, fruity and elegant nose. Aromas of red berries mingle with notes of peaches and apricots. Well-balanced, the mouth is fresh, pleasant with a soft finish.

PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif, or with dessert (chocolate mousse, warm pie, crumble). Serving temperature around 7°C to 8°C.
