WINEMAKING
Made from a majority of Pinot Noir grapes for structure and fruitiness, our Crémant is made according to the traditional method. The basic wines are bottled in January of the year following the harvest and aged on lees for 12 to 15 months. This longer aging on lees is a qualitative factor bringing a more pronounced maturity.
TASTING NOTES
Nice bright rose color, offering numerous fine bubbles and a persisting mousse. Fresh, fruity, and very pleasant, this wine shows red fruit scents combined with aromas of peach and apricot. Well-balanced, the mouth is fresh, pleasant with a soft finish.
PAIRING
Perfect as an aperitif, or with dessert (crumbles, hot tarts). Best served at 6°C to 8°C / 42°F to 46°F.
