WINEMAKING

Pre fermentation maceration – alcoholic fermentation conducted at low temperature (18°C) – 2nd fermentation in bottle vinified according the Traditional Method with ageing for 12 months. Ageing in bottle.

 

TASTING NOTE

Beautiful pale pink colour with brillant highlights. The nose is fresh and delicate, with red fruits aromas (raspberry). Well balanced on the palate, very fine and fresh, with a delicious aftertaste.

 

PAIRING

Aperitif and desserts – Best between 46°F and 50°F.
