WINEMAKING

Hand harvested – pre fermentation maceration – alcoholic fermentation conducted at low temperature (18°C) – 2nd fermentation in bottle vinified according the Traditional Method with aging for 12 months.

 

TASTING NOTES

Beautiful pale pink color with brillant highlights. The nose is fresh and delicate, with red fruits aromas (raspberry). Well-balanced on the palate, very fine and fresh, with a delicious aftertaste.

 

PAIRING

Aperitif, or desserts. Best served between 8°C and 10°C / 46°F and 50°F.
