WINE MAKING

Night harvest. Rapid separation of the first juices by static draining of crushed berries to guarantee pale color. Slow alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.

 

TASTING NOTE

Rosewood color with salmon highlights. An expressive nose with aromas of fresh red and yellow fruits (peach) with a touch of citrus. Soft mouthfeel gives a delightful balance and a lingering, delicate finish.

 

PAIRING

Salad starters, meat, barbecues, and cheese. Service Temperature: 42 °- 46°F.
