WINEMAKING

Night harvest. Rapid separation of the first juices by static draining of crushed berries to guarantee pale color. Slow alcoholic fermentation at low temperature.

TASTING NOTES

Pale pink coralish color. Expressive nose with fresh red and yellow fruits, and a citrus touch. The aromatic palate has beautiful red fruits and a citrus expression and ends on a subtle note. Full and rich on the palate, good balance, and a long lasting delicate finish. 

PAIRING

Ideal with salads, appetizers, meat, barbecues, and cheese. Best served at 6°C to 8°C / 42°F to 46°F.
