WINEMAKING

Pressing of the grapes-alcoholic fermentation at 20°C/68°F. Ageing on lees in vats with oxidation control.

 

TASTING NOTE

Very pale yellow color with green highlights. Ripe grape fruit aromas with floral notes( acacia). The attack is very crisp with a nice volume in the middle palate. Refreshing aftertaste driven by citrus notes.

 

PAIRING

Perfect with seafood, local cheeses (Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine) or as an aperitif. Best served between 50°F and 54°F.
