WINEMAKING

Pressing of the grapes-alcoholic fermentation at 20°C/68°F. Ageing on lees in vats with oxidation control.

 

TASTING NOTE

Pale yellow color with slight golden highlights. Intense nose of grape fruit aromas, combined with delicate floral notes (acacia) and flinty hints. Complex, fruity and crisp palate. The attack is very mineral followed by a full and fruity middle palate evolving on a long refreshing while gentle finish. Perfect balance for this sunny vintage.

 

PAIRING

Perfect with seafood, especially oysters, local cheeses (Crottin de Chavignol, Selles sur cher…) or as an aperitif. Best served between 50°F and 54°F.
