TASTING NOTE

Beautiful colour with gold reflections. Fine and numerous bubbles forming an elegant bead. The pleasantly fresh nose is fully expressed on yellow fruits and citrus fruits such as lemon and mandarine. The attack on the palate is frank and presents a fine texture with a nice character and a beautiful harmony.

PAIRING

Perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif, as a cocktail or as an accompaniment to your desserts.. Best served between 46°F and 50°F.
