Deep red color with ruby highlights. Intense aromas of very ripe fruit: blackcurrant, strawberry. When agitated, fine and elegant vanilla, toasty and roasted hazelnut notes appear. Extremely fruity and well-balanced, with rich and velvety tannins. Long and supple finish.

 

Pairs well with pasta in savoury tomato sauce, Tuscan-style veal chops, marined steak, butter roasted chicken, all cheeses - Best served between 60F and 65F.
