The one-of-a-kind private dining experience offers an elegant tasting menu of fine wines and cuisines overlooking the Miami skyline hosted by award-winning Chef Kunj.
Miami, FL – BGPL USA, the importer and marketer of French winehouse’s Barton & Guestier, Patriarche and Listel in the U.S., is excited to announce a new partnership with Davaat Catering & Events LLC to present the “Fine Dining & Wine Pairing Experience” hosted by the award-winning Chef Kunj in Miami this October. The new concept will feature an elaborate 10-course tasting menu showcasing locally & sustainably sourced ingredients. The first event of the series presented by Daavat Catering & Events will be hosted on Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at an exclusive venue overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Offered in the privacy of one of Biscayne Bay’s luxury penthouses, the dining experience provides guests a rare opportunity to enjoy a tasting menu featuring an array of dishes curated by Chef Kunj inspired by European & Modern American cuisines alongside BGPL USA’s portfolio of historic French wines. The wine menu will feature selections including Cremant Appellations, Bordeaux, Graves, Provence and Sauternes from Barton & Guestier (B&G), one of the oldest winehouses of Bordeaux; and Patriarche, a Bourgogne winehouse specializing in the Charmat Method and Traditional Method sparkling wines and AOC wines.
The specially crafted multi-sensory experience features a panoramic night view of the Biscayne Bay as well as entertainment from a live musician and a showcasing of exclusive art pieces from local artists and collectors.

Registration for the “Fine Dining & Wine Pairing” Tasting Experience is open to the public with prices ranging from $200 to $400 with various seating arrangements including indoor seating to private VIP sections.
