WINEMAKING

De-stalked grapes – daily rack and return – aging on lees with controlled oxidation.

 

TASTING NOTE

Deep red color with blue highlights. Intense nose of forest fruit, cherry, violet and white peppers. Full palate with elegant tannins. Refreshing and liquorice notes on he finish.

 

PAIRING

Perfect with charcuterie, poultry, duck breast and creamy cheeses. Best served between 60°F and 65°F.
