WINEMAKING

Full malolactic fermentation, aging on lees with a minimum of 5 years in the cellar, dosage 8 g/L.

 

TASTING NOTES

Lively fizz with characteristic bright golden green Chardonnay hues. Nose is fresh and elegant with a floral attack. Delicate brioche notes with gentle combination of dried fruit and honey. Complex palate replicating the freshness and maturity of the nose.

 

PAIRING

As an aperitif, with oysters, or scallop carpaccio. Best served at 9°C and 12°C / 48°F and 54°F.
