WINEMAKING

Full malolactic fermentation, aging on lees with a minimum of 5 years in the cellar, dosage 8 g/L.

 

TASTING NOTES

Pink with coppery hues and a fine fizz which is both generous and lively. Gentle aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and blackberry. The fruit is balanced by delicate roasted notes and dried fruit flavors.
 

PAIRING

As an aperitif, with shellfish, pink meat, or red fruit desserts. Best served at 9°C and 12°C / 48°F and 54°F.
