WINEMAKING
Controlled extraction - skin contact maceration - low temperature fermentation. Aging is done 30% in oak and 70% in vats.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with green highlights. Intense and complex nose of tropical fruit aromas (mango, passion fruit, pineapple) and vanilla notes. Nice lively and rich attack with a citrus note on the aftertaste.
PAIRING
Aperitif, seafood, or fish dishes. Best served between 10°C and 12°C / 50°F and 54°F.
