WINE MAKING

This wine is made according to the traditional Burgundian method. In order to retain the freshness of the wine and the purity of the aromas, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks

TASTING NOTES

Pale yellow colour with green reflection. Lemony and mineral notes on the nose. Light and fresh. Fresh and elegant on the palate with a lovely lengh. Perfect balance between maturity and acidity.

PAIRING

Ideal with starters and fish. Serving temperature around 10°C to 12°C. Ageing potential of 3 years.
